The participants in the event – representatives of employers, trade unions and companies from the industry, discussed the expected changes in the woodworking sector. They relate mainly to the need to promote greener technologies, reuse of materials and re-processing of used products in order to achieve circular effect. Last but not least, the new skills that employers and employees need to prepare and promote in order to make a smooth change in the logging and woodprocessing sectors were also discussed.
