On June 26th at Confapi was held the first national training seminar of the Good Wood project, of which Confapi is the lead partner.
The theme of the seminar was an overview of the models of guidance and accompaniment activities in order to improve the employability of individuals and the enhancement of learning and skills acquired in different ways. The event was attended by representatives of companies, trade unions and italian project partners.
The day began with the greetings of the President of Unital Riccardo Montesi and the speech by the President of Fapi, Luca Sanlorenzo who illustrated the activity of the bilateral body for professional training. Subsequently Maurizio Mosca, Confapi expert, studied in depth the theme of the enhancement of learning and skills acquired and certified in relation to employability in the EU. The representatives of the trade unions have also contributed to the training day with a series of interventions on their role in promoting training in the green economy era. In the afternoon, Flavio Bonardi, project officer of Confapi, spoke on the subject of secondary vocational education and vocational training. The Good Wood project includes three further national training seminars with a focus on the wood sector and the challenges it faces, in other partner countries, Bulgaria and Portugal respectively.
